Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de vrachtwagensector zoeken we een Mechanieker Vrachtwagens die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Al meer dan 60 jaar bouwt deze familiale onderneming aan een sterke reputatie in de verkoop, het onderhoud en de herstelling van vrachtwagens. Dankzij die jarenlange ervaring groeide het bedrijf uit tot een betrouwbare partner voor klanten en een stabiele werkgever voor technische profielen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Mechanieker Vrachtwagens voer je preventieve onderhouds- en mechanische herstellingen uit aan vrachtwagens
  • Daarnaast analyseer je mechanische en elektrische storingen en zorg je voor een efficiënte oplossing via een correcte diagnose
  • Verder maak je voertuigen technisch rijklaar voor de keuring en controleer je of alles voldoet aan de vereisten
  • Bovendien rapporteer je de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden op een duidelijke manier aan je collega's en leidinggevende
  • Tot slot draag je zorg voor een veilige en ordelijke werkplaats en onderhoud je jouw gereedschap zorgvuldig
  • Je behaalde een diploma Autotechnieken (A3, A2 of Bachelor) of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring
  • Daarnaast heb je bij voorkeur ervaring in een gelijkaardige technische functie, maar ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen in aanmerking
  • Bovendien beschik je over een goede basiskennis van mechanica en elektriciteit en kan je technische problemen analyseren en oplossen
  • Tot slot beheers je het Nederlands vlot omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften
