Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in 4300 St. Valentin ab sofort 1 Mechaniker_in für Festigkeitsversuch

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Selbständige Durchführung von schwierigen Montage- und Demontagearbeiten sowie Durchführung von Erstmontagen im Labor und vor Ort bei Kund_innen

* Aufbau von komplexen Prüfständen und Funktionsüberprüfung

* Vermessung von Bauteilen vor Einbau und nach Kontrollmontagen zur Feststellung des Istzustandes

* Durchführung von Prüfstandsversuchen an Bauteilen und Aggregaten

* Entwerfen und Anfertigen von Prüfstandsvorrichtungen

* Arbeiten an der Hydraulikanlage (Pumpen, Verrohrung) sowie selbständige Reparatur von Hydraulik-Zylindern und Servoventilen

* Bereitschaft zum selbständigen Betreuen der im Betrieb befindlichen Prüfstände am Wochenende erwünscht

* Abteilungs- bzw. firmenübergreifende Zusammenarbeit bei Projektarbeiten

* Reparaturschweißen von Prüflingen und Vorrichtungen

* Verwaltung der periodischen Drehmomentschlüsselprüfung

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (KFZ-Mechaniker_in/ Mechatroniker_in)

* Grundwissen im Bereich Hydraulik/Pneumatik

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)

* Staplerschein und Kranschein

* Interesse an Weiterbildung

* Selbständigkeit und Genauigkeit bei der Arbeit

* Teamfähigkeit

* Entlohnung: ab € 3.478,51 - brutto/Monat (mögliche Überzahlung individuell verhandelbar)

* Arbeitszeit: Vollzeitbeschäftigung - 38,5h/Woche (Tagdienst mit Gleitzeit)
