Ein gutes Klima ist uns doppelt wichtig: In der Firma gehen wir freundlich und kollegial

im Vorarlberger Unterland zur Erreichung der Klimaschutz-Ziele bei. In den nächsten zwei

Jahren werden wir den Großteil unserer Flotte auf Elektrobusse umstellen.

Wir suchen 2 Mechaniker (KFZ, Nutzfahrzeug oder Landmaschinen) ODER KFZ-Elektriker (m/w/d) Aufgaben:

- Instandhaltung unserer aktuell 37 Linienbusse (Mercedes, Solaris, davon 13 Elektro-Busse)

und 7 PKW gemeinsam mit zwei Kollegen

- Servicearbeiten, Klimaservices, Bremsen, Reifen, Reparaturen aller Art

- Fehlersuche, Überprüfungen mit Diagnosegerät

Wir bieten:

- selbständiges Arbeiten ohne ständige Kontrolle, großes Maß an Freiheit

- keine minutengenauen Vorgaben wie in anderen Werkstätten, Zeit zum ghörig schaffa

- Wertschätzung, Freundlichkeit, Ehrlichkeit

- Gleitzeit - Arbeitszeit selber flexibel einteilen

- Vollzeit 40 Stunden/Woche (auch Teilzeit 32-36 Stunden/Woche möglich)

- Arbeitsort: Firmenstandorte in Lustenau und Dornbirn

- Stundenlohn lt. KV Bus mind. 2800 € brutto monatlich, Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung

nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation

Anforderungen:

- Abgeschlossene Lehre KFZ-Mechaniker, KFZ-Techniker, Nutzfahrzeug-Techniker,

Landmaschinen-Mechaniker, KFZ-Elektriker ODER angelernt mit entsprechender Erfahrung

- Bereitschaft für interne und externe Schulung in allen Bereichen wie Türen, Elektronik, Heizung,

Klimaanlagen, Diagnosegeräte, Hochvolt-Ausbildung usw.

- Idealerweise Kenntnisse über Schwerfahrzeuge, insbesondere Bremsen und Druckluftanlagen

- gute Deutschkenntnisse
