In Panningen focus jij je op vakmanschap, nauwkeurigheid en procesmatige verbetering om producten volgens specificatie te leveren. Jij voert samen met collega's gevarieerde werkzaamheden uit, van mechanische bewerking en assemblage tot voorbereiding voor elektrische bedrading en het transportklaar maken van kasten. Er is aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling met interne opleidingsmogelijkheden en een structureel opleidingsbudget. De werkomgeving kenmerkt zich door korte lijnen, een collegiale sfeer en praktische oplossingen in de werkvloerprocessen. Door aanhoudende vraag is er ruimte voor doorgroei en ontwikkeling binnen verschillende functies in de productie en techniek. Jij bedient CNC-machines voor het bewerken van staal en RVS en zorgt dat onderdelen voldoen aan kwaliteitseisen. Jij assembleert bedradingsgoten, DIN-rails en aardrails en bereidt elektrotechnische componenten voor montage. Jij verpakt en controleert kasten voor transport en draagt bij aan de overdracht naar de paneelbouwafdeling. Jij identificeert verbeteringen in werkprocessen en werkt actief mee aan optimalisatie en efficiency.
