The posting

Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerde omgeving waar dagelijks gewerkt wordt aan tweedehands vrachtwagens, voornamelijk van MAN en Mercedes. Van mechanica en elektriciteit tot carrosserie, opbouw en constructie: er is heel wat technische kennis aanwezig. Als onderhoudsmedewerker focus jij vooral op mechanische herstellingen en onderhoud, aangevuld met elektrische interventies.

Je taken zijn hoofdzakelijk mechanisch, maar je technische kennis gaat breder. Concreet:

  • Uitvoeren van mechanische herstellingen en onderhoud.
  • Opsporen en oplossen van technische problemen.
  • Uitvoeren van elektrische interventies.
  • Onderhoud en herstellingen uitvoeren aan verschillende voertuigen en installaties.
  • Zelfstandig opdrachten en technische projecten aanpakken.
  • Meedenken over een efficiënte oplossing wanneer er zich een probleem voordoet.
  • Zorgen dat je werk correct, proper en kwalitatief wordt uitgevoerd.

Ongeveer 70% van je werk is mechanisch, 30% elektrisch.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een gespecialiseerde speler in de aankoop en verkoop van tweedehands vrachtwagens. Binnen het bedrijf komen verschillende technische disciplines samen: opbouw, constructie, mechanica, elektriciteit, carrosserie en logistiek. Daarnaast is er ook een uitgebreid aanbod aan onderdelen. Dat betekent dat er heel wat kennis aanwezig is en je regelmatig met andere technische expertises in contact komt. Je hebt:

  • Een sterke mechanische kennis.
  • Een goede basiskennis van residentiële en/of industriële elektriciteit.
  • Een professionele bachelor in (auto)mechanica, elektromechanica of elektriciteit is mooi meegenomen.
  • Geen diploma in die richting? Ook met voldoende relevante ervaring kan je in aanmerking komen.
  • Technisch inzicht en zin voor initiatief.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Een nauwkeurige en efficiënte werkhouding.
  • Flexibiliteit om verschillende opdrachten op te nemen.
  • Geen probleem met werken met je handen en in een technische omgeving.
