Dan hebben we een interessante combinatie voor jou.Je komt terecht in een familiale onderneming die gespecialiseerd is in Mercedes personenwagens, bestelwagens en vrachtwagens. In deze moderne werkplaats draait alles rond techniek, service en een goede samenwerking.Jouw job is lekker afwisselend: een deel van je tijd ben je actief in het magazijn, het andere deel ondersteun je de collega's op kantoor.

Je wordt een belangrijke schakel tussen de werkplaats, het magazijn en de klanten. In het magazijn help je mee met:

  • Onderdelen ontvangen en op de juiste plaats leggen
  • Onderdelen uit stock halen
  • Eenvoudige bestellingen plaatsen
  • Klanten ontvangen en verder helpen
  • Orders aanmaken
  • Stock correct bijhouden

Daarnaast ondersteun je de collega's administratief:

  • Offertes opmaken
  • Foto's nemen van voertuigen
  • Voertuigen online plaatsen
  • Leveringsbonnen verwerken
  • Onderdelen administratief in stock nemen
  • Zorgen dat administratie en documenten netjes opgevolgd zijn

De ene dag ben je dus meer in het magazijn bezig, de andere dag zit je wat vaker aan de computer. Net die afwisseling maakt deze functie interessant.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiaal bedrijf met een sterke technische expertise. De werkplaats is modern en gespecialiseerd in Mercedes personenwagens, bestelwagens en vrachtwagens. Je werkt in een hecht team waar magazijn, administratie en werkplaats nauw met elkaar samenwerken. Daardoor weet je ook meteen waarvoor jouw werk dient: zorgen dat de techniekers verder kunnen en klanten correct geholpen worden. We zoeken iemand die:

  • Een goede kennis heeft van vrachtwagens, bestelwagens of personenwagens
  • Onderdelen en technische termen niet helemaal vreemd vindt
  • Goed Nederlands spreekt
  • Administratief sterk en computervaardig is
  • Nauwkeurig omgaat met orders en documenten
  • Klanten op een correcte manier te woord kan staan
  • Graag afwisselt tussen praktisch en administratief werk
