Voor een professionele productieomgeving zijn wij op zoek naar een Mechanisch Monteur Technische Dienst . Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst en bent samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten functioneren van het machinepark. Een afwisselende functie waarin je niet alleen storingen oplost, maar ook actief meedenkt over technische verbeteringen en het voorkomen van problemen. Functieomschrijving Als Mechanisch Monteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het preventief en correctief onderhoud aan productiemachines en installaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat het machinepark technisch in goede staat blijft en dat storingen zo snel mogelijk worden opgelost. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan productiemachines en installaties; - Lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van mechanische storingen; - Demonteren, repareren, afstellen en monteren van machineonderdelen; - Werken aan de hand van mechanische technische tekeningen; - Uitvoeren van controles en signaleren van mogelijke technische problemen; - Meedenken over technische verbeteringen en het optimaliseren van machines en processen; - Samenwerken met collega's van de technische dienst en productie; - Bijdragen aan het voorkomen van storingen door tijdig technische problemen te signaleren; - Incidenteel overwerken wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt; - Meedraaien in de consignatiedienst, waarbij je ongeveer eens per twee weekenden beschikbaar bent.
