Voor onze opdrachtgever, een technisch productiebedrijf in Moerdijk, zoeken wij een Monteur Mechanisch. Je werkt binnen de Technische Dienst en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat de machines en installaties goed en veilig blijven draaien. Een afwisselende technische baan waarin je veel vrijheid krijgt en iedere dag met andere werkzaamheden bezig bent. Wat ga jij doen? Als Monteur Mechanisch ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en repareren van verschillende machines en installaties. Je voert gepland onderhoud uit, maar komt ook in actie wanneer er een storing ontstaat. Je onderzoekt waar het probleem zit en zorgt ervoor dat de installatie zo snel en veilig mogelijk weer kan draaien. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud; - Opsporen en oplossen van mechanische storingen; - Repareren en vervangen van onderdelen; - Controleren van machines en installaties op slijtage en afwijkingen; - Uitvoeren van inspecties; - Meewerken aan reparaties, revisies en technische verbeteringen; - Meedenken over het voorkomen van terugkerende storingen; - Samenwerken met collega's van productie en de Technische Dienst; - Zorgen voor een veilige en nette werkomgeving.
