Voor één van onze opdrachtgevers zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren mechanisch monteur die aan de slag wil bij een gerenommeerd bedrijf in de chemische industrie. Je wordt onderdeel van een hecht en professioneel team, waarin jouw technische kennis en inzet essentieel zijn om het productieproces soepel en veilig te laten verlopen.

FunctieomschrijvingAls mechanisch monteur speel je een sleutelrol binnen het technische team en zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces optimaal blijft draaien. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Opsporen en verhelpen van storingen aan mechanische, elektrische en instrumentatie technische installaties. - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud om storingen te voorkomen en de betrouwbaarheid van de installaties te waarborgen. - Veilig werken volgens strikte veiligheids-, milieu- en procesvoorschriften. - Samenwerken met operators en technische teams om problemen snel en efficiënt op te lossen. - Registreren van storingen, reparaties en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, inclusief verbeterpunten. - Analyseren van herhalende storingen en meedenken over structurele verbeteringen.

Functie eisenWat wij van jou verwachten:

- MBO 3 of 4 in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Ervaring als storingsmonteur of onderhoudsmonteur, bij voorkeur in de procesindustrie of chemische sector. - Kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatiek, hydrauliek en/of instrumentatie. - In het bezit van een VCA-Basis of VCA-VOL certificaat. - Probleemoplossend vermogen en technisch inzicht om storingen snel te verhelpen. - Zelfstandig kunnen werken en tegelijkertijd goed functioneren in
