Dit productiebedrijf is gevestigd in Roden en werkt voor een internationale klantenkring. De organisatie richt zich op de constructie en reparatie van apparaten zoals hydraulische toerregelaars. In Roden werkt het team aan zowel nieuwbouwprojecten als revisiewerk, waarbij medewerkers stukproductie assembleren en gebruikte regelaars reviseren. De dagelijkse werkzaamheden vinden plaats in een technische productieomgeving waar het kunnen lezen van tekeningen en nauwkeurigheid belangrijk zijn. Het bedrijf biedt een collegiale werksfeer met aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden en ondersteunt medewerkers bij het vergroten van technische vaardigheden via on-the-job begeleiding. De werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd in dagdienst en betreffen zowel montage als onderhoudstaken. - Je voert revisie en onderhoud uit op regelaars op de reparatieafdeling

- Als Mechanisch Monteur werk je in dagdienst en houd je je aan veiligheidsvoorschriften

- Je leest technische tekeningen en rapporteert storingen en verbeterpunten

- Als Mechanisch Monteur werk je samen in een hecht team en draag je bij aan procesverbetering

Functie-eisen: - MBO niveau 3 of 4 richting Autotechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde

- Vaardigheid in het lezen van technische tekeningen

- Engelse taalvaardigheid is een pré

- Je bent proactief, energiek en hebt een goede dosis humor
