In de regio van Zwolle? Dan is dit misschien iets voor jou? Wij zoeken een mechanisch of werktuigbouwkundig monteur die op zoek is nar een baan voor de lange termijn. de vacature is ontstaan omdat iemand binnenkort met pensioen zal gaan. De baan in in de dagdienst, in een team van ervaren en gedreven collega's. Samen met de collega's ben je bezig met gepland onderhoud en het verhelpen van verschillende storingen. Ook ben je bezig met verschillende projecten ter verbetering van de fabriek. Functieomschrijving In de functie van mechanisch monteur werk je in de technische dienst. De TD bestaat uit een team van ongeveer 10 man. Samen los je storingen op en pleeg je onderhoud. Soms heb een storingsdienst en uiteraard krijg je hier een vergoeding voor. Zowel voor het bereikbaar zijn als wanneer je wordt opgeroepen. De installaties die je onderhoud zijn grof mechanisch van aard. In deze rol ben je niet bang om vieze handen te krijgen en ben je tevens in staat monteurs van een buitenfirma te begeleiden. Aanbod Afhankelijk van je opleiding en ervaring biedt Multiselect Techniek het volgende: - een bruto maandsalaris tot € 3950; - het eerste jaar een premievrij pensioen; - marktconforme reiskostenvergoeding - minimaal 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV dagen per jaar; - een opdrachtgever die volop doorgroeimogelijkheden biedt, bijvoorbeeld richting werkvoorbereider, teamleider technische dienst of installatieverantwoordelijke; - je komt in dienst bij een no-nonsense organisatie Voorwaarden Als mechanisch monteur ben je uiteraard opgeleid in de techniek.
