Bedrijfsomschrijving:Locatie: Swalmen.

Dit productiebedrijf is actief in de metaalbewerking en realiseert uiteenlopende constructies, modules, apparaten, machines en complete productielijnen voor diverse klanten. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats vanuit een vestiging in Swalmen en voor een deel op locatie bij klanten, zowel nationaal als soms internationaal. Het team van circa 12 monteurs en constructiebankwerkers werkt projectmatig aan vervaardiging, assemblage en installatie van mechanische systemen. In deze productieomgeving ligt de focus op zelfstandig monteren en installeren van machines en constructies, van fijnmechanica tot middelzware machinebouw. Medewerkers voeren inmeting en het opstellen van montage- en werktekeningen uit en werken zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig op locatie. De organisatie hecht waarde aan collegialiteit en persoonlijke ontwikkeling en biedt ruimte voor training en interne doorgroeimogelijkheden. Door de projectmatige aard van het werk is er veel variatie in taken en locaties en is er veel klantcontact tijdens uitvoering en oplevering in Swalmen.

- Je assembleert constructies, modules, apparaten en machines in de werkplaats

- Als Mechanisch Monteur voer je op locatie de montage en installatie van complete productielijnen uit

- Je meet machinedelen in, tekent montagegegevens en controleert passing

- Je werkt projectmatig binnen een team van circa 12 monteurs en constructiebankwerkers en je communiceert met klanten tijdens montage

- Je lost onvoorziene situaties inventief op en verzorgt kwaliteitscontroles na oplevering

Functie-eisen: - Mbo werk- en denkniveau met vaardigheid in het lezen van technische tekeningen

- Aantoonbare ervaring met zelfstandig monteren en installeren van machines en constructies

- Kennis van pneumatiek, PLC-techniek, elektrotechniek/e
