The posting

  • Monteren, onderhouden en herstellen van mechanische installaties en machines bij industriële klanten in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.
  • Uitvoeren van mechanisch onderhoud, preventieve controles en gericht ingrijpen om stilstanden te vermijden.
  • Analyseren van storingen, uitvoeren van herstellingen en voorstellen doen om installaties betrouwbaarder te maken.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen om montage- en onderhoudswerk nauwkeurig uit te voeren.
  • Samenwerken met techniekers en ingenieurs bij de optimalisatie van machines en mechanische systemen.
  • Uitvoeren van mechanische werkzaamheden zoals boren en slijpen; laswerken uitvoeren is een extra troef.
  • Plaatsen van constructies zoals balustrades, containers, platformen en andere metalen structuren op locatie.
  • Uitvoeren van mechanische herstellingen en gepland onderhoud in uiteenlopende machineparken.
  • Meewerken aan verhuis, afbraak en heropbouw van machineparken bij industriële klanten.
  • Ondersteunen bij de opbouw en opstart van nieuwe fabrieken, van plaatsing van machines tot mechanische infrastructuuraanpassingen.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het volledige mechanische luik binnen projecten, in nauw overleg met collega's.
  • Werken in een montage- en onderhoudsploeg, steeds minstens met twee collega's omwille van veiligheid.
  • Uitvoeren van opdrachten tijdens daguren, met wisselende projecten en werkomgevingen.
  • Communiceren met klanten en collega's op de werkvloer over de voortgang en praktische organisatie van de werkzaamheden.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen aan installaties en werkprocessen binnen het team.
  • Diploma in mechanica, elektromechanica of aantoonbare ervaring als monteur in een technische omgeving.
  • Kennis van mechanische montage en componenten zoals lagers, assen, tandwielen, pompen en vergelijkbare onderdelen.
  • Vlot technisch planlezen gecombineerd met sterk technisch inzicht en nauwkeurige werkhouding.
  • Ervaring met HA/TIG lassen is een pluspunt en wordt gezien als mooie aanvulling op je mechanische vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring in een industriële omgeving is een bijkomend voordeel en helpt je vlot in de projecten mee te draaien.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit, probleemoplossend denken en zowel zelfstandig als in team efficiënt kunnen werken.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van Frans of Engels en rijbewijs B zijn bijkomende troeven voor deze functie.
