Als Mechanisch Monteur bij Heras ben je verantwoordelijk voor het installeren en onderhouden van poorten, hekwerk en geavanceerde installaties zoals slagbomen en speedgates. Je doet vooral mechanische werkzaamheden zoals poorten plaatsen, masten zetten en het repareren van schades. Je werkt in het begin altijd met een collega, met wie je in de werkbus naar locatie rijdt. Een van jullie is eerste monteur, de ander assisteert vooral. Dit hangt af van je kennis, ervaring en voorkeuren. Je werkt in een vaste regio met vaste collega's. Als je aan een nieuw project begint, bespreek je met de klant wat er precies moet gebeuren. Je krijgt van tevoren uitleg over het project, maar goede communicatie met de klant is ook een belangrijk deel van je werk. Tijdens de uitvoer van het project ben je daarom het aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Daarnaast houd je administratief goed bij wat je bij welke klant doet. Je krijgt elke week een planning, wanneer de Planner aangeeft dat je beter bij een andere klus kunt bijspringen of ...
