Als Mechanisch Monteur in Roermond ben jij de specialist op het gebied van mechanisch onderhoud aan de productielijnen. Je start de dag met het inspecteren van de installaties en het uitvoeren van gepland preventief onderhoud. Treedt er een mechanische storing op? Dan ben jij snel ter plaatse om de oorzaak te analyseren en het probleem vakkundig te verhelpen. Je voert revisies, montage- en demontagewerkzaamheden uit aan onder andere aandrijvingen, lagers, kettingen en transportsystemen, en denkt actief mee over het verhogen van de machinebetrouwbaarheid.

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?

• Vakkundig uitvoeren van preventief en periodiek mechanisch onderhoud aan machines en installaties; • Snel en effectief verhelpen van mechanische storingen om stilstand in de productie te minimaliseren; • Periodiek inspecteren van installaties en proactief signaleren van slijtage of technische afwijkingen; • Uitvoeren van gedetailleerde revisie-, montage- en demontagewerkzaamheden; • Zorgvuldig vervangen en afstellen van onderdelen zoals lagers, kettingen, pneumatiek en hydrauliek; • Actief meedenken over en aandragen van technische verbeteringen aan het machinepark; • Deelnemen aan uitdagende technische projecten en geplande werkzaamheden tijdens onderhoudsstops; • Nauw en prettig samenwerken met collega's van de elektrotechnische dienst en de productieafdeling.Wil jij jouw mechanische kennis inzetten voor hoogwaardige technische installaties?
