The posting

Voor ons bedrijf in de machinebouw zijn wij op zoek naar een lasser / constructeur-monteur met passie voor staal en techniek.

  • Je werkt projecten van A tot Z af en draagt mee de verantwoordelijkheid voor een kwalitatief eindresultaat.
  • Na het lassen kan het voorkomen dat je de constructies mee helpt pre-assembleren in het atelier. Afhankelijk van het project ga je ook mee op montage op locatie, waardoor je werk afwisselend blijft en je zowel in het atelier als op de werf actief bent.
  • Je komt terecht in een gevarieerde werkomgeving waar geen enkele dag dezelfde is. De constructies die je maakt zijn uiteenlopend en situeren zich binnen de industriële machinebouw, zoals transportbanden, bunkers, bordessen, chassis en silo’s.
  • Het laswerk gebeurt hoofdzakelijk met MIG/MAG in verschillende lasposities zoals PA, PB, PC, PD en PG. Af en toe zal je ook een constructie TIG moeten lassen.
  • Daarnaast beschik je over een basiskennis mechanica. Je weet hoe bewegende onderdelen van installaties vervangen of hersteld worden, zoals rollen, lagers en reductiekasten van een transportband.
  • Ook eenvoudige mechanische ingrepen, zoals het vervangen van een schroef van een vijzel, kunnen deel uitmaken van het werk. Dit komt niet dagelijks voor, maar je bent bereid en in staat om dit zelfstandig en correct uit te voeren.
  • Je kan verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en neemt eigenaarschap over je werk.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en zin voor afwerking, en je werkt elke constructie af alsof ze voor jezelf bestemd is.
  • Zelfstandig de baan op gaan om herstellingen of aanpassingen uit te voeren aan bestaande constructies schrikt je niet af en moet voor jou haalbaar zijn.
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis mechanica en weet hoe je praktische ingrepen uitvoert, zoals het vervangen van lagers en een reductiekast op een transportband.
  • Motivatie, gedrevenheid en een professionele werkhouding zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk als ervaring.
  • Wie initiatief toont en verantwoordelijkheid neemt, krijgt bij ons het vertrouwen en de ruimte om te groeien.
