FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ter versterking van ons team zijn we op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het mechanisch preventief en curatief onderhoud van onze productie-installaties en machines.

Jouw taken:

  • Preventief en correctief onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines, installaties en automatische kranen.
  • Storingen en technische problemen oplossen, voornamelijk mechanisch. Basiskennis van elektrisch onderhoud is een plus.
  • Onderdelen zoals lagers, riemen en pompen inspecteren en vervangen.
  • Meewerken aan projecten rond nieuwe machines en nutsvoorzieningen.
  • Samenwerken met collega-techniekers om het onderhoudsproces efficiënt te laten verlopen.
  • Uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en verbeterpunten rapporteren.
  • Proactief meedenken over technische verbeteringen en procesoptimalisaties.
  • Werken volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.

PROFIEL

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (bachelor of graduaat) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is een pluspunt. Gemotiveerde starters met een technische bachelor of graduaat onderhoudstechnieken zijn ook welkom.
  • Je hebt kennis van aandrijvingen, pompen, lagers, perslucht- en hydraulische systemen.
  • Ervaring met CNC-gestuurde werktuigmachines is een extra troef.
  • Je kunt technische plannen en schema’s begrijpen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig én goed in team.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en sterk in het oplossen van problemen.
  • Je bent bereid om in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
