Voor een partner van JOBS IN MIND met expertise in machinebouw, automatisering en hightech productietoepassingen zijn wij op zoek naar een Mechanical Ontwerp Ingenieur Fijnmechanica in de regio Lier.

Je komt terecht in een innovatieve technische omgeving waar maatwerk, engineering en automatisering centraal staan. De projecten situeren zich binnen uiteenlopende sectoren zoals telecom, automotive, batterijtechnologie, luchtvaart, satellietbouw en defensie.

Functieomschrijving

Als Mechanical Ontwerp Ingenieur Fijnmechanica ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige mechanische ontwerp en de technische opvolging van diverse machinebouwprojecten. Je combineert innovatieve ontwerpen, engineering en projectcoördinatie en bent betrokken vanaf de conceptfase tot de oplevering.

Je werkt mee aan zowel kleinere toolingprojecten als volledig geautomatiseerde machines en installaties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitwerken van innovatieve mechanische concepten en technische verbeteringen op concepten
  • Modelleren en ontwerpen van machines en componenten in 3D CAD
  • Dimensioneren van mechanische onderdelen en constructies
  • Vertalen van technische vereisten naar concrete oplossingen
  • Opmaken van stuklijsten en productiedossiers
  • Verzamelen en verwerken van technische gegevens voor productie en uitvoering
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en opvragen en vergelijken van offertes
  • Opvolgen van projectplanning en voortgang via ERP-systemen
  • Opvolgen van productie en montage in het atelier
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan monteurs tijdens opbouw en assemblage
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, uitvoering en conformiteit met ontwerp en lastenboek
  • Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt binnen jouw projecten

Profiel

  • Master of industrieel ingenieur Elektromechanica of Mechanica
  • Minimum 5 jaar ervaring binnen mechanical design of machinebouw
  • Ervaring met 3D CAD-software; kennis van Creo is een sterke plus
  • Sterk technisch en mechanisch inzicht
  • Kennis van machinebouw, mechanische constructies en productietechnieken
  • Ervaring met projectopvolging binnen engineeringomgevingen
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken met verantwoordelijkheidszin en ownership
  • Creatief, oplossingsgericht en hands-on ingesteld
  • Brede technische interesse en affiniteit met automatisering en machinebouw

Kennis van pneumatiek, materiaalkennis en ervaring binnen productieomgevingen vormen een bijkomende troef.
