Wil jij mechanische ontwerpen uitwerken voor hoogtechnologische machines die wereldwijd hun weg vinden naar industriële productiesites?

Voor een groeiende machinebouwer uit regio Deinze zijn we op zoek naar een Mechanisch Ontwerper.

Deze organisatie is gespecialiseerd in geautomatiseerde machinebouw en ontwikkelt innovatieve oplossingen voor uiteenlopende industriële toepassingen. Je komt terecht in een internationale omgeving waar mechanisch ontwerp, automatisatie en robotica samenkomen en waar je ontwerpen uiteindelijk effectief op de productievloer tot leven komen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Technisch Tekenaar analyseer je mechanische ontwerpvraagstukken en vertaal je projectvereisten naar concrete oplossingen
  • Ontwerpen werk je in detail uit in Creo, zowel in 2D als 3D
  • Daarnaast voer je waar nodig dimensioneringsberekeningen uit en bewaak je de technische haalbaarheid van je ontwerpen
  • Bestaande standaardontwerpen pas je aan volgens de specifieke eisen van het project, alsook werk je mee aan nieuwe ontwerpen en R&D-projecten
  • Verder denk je actief mee over standaardisatie en help je de componentenbibliotheek uitbouwen en onderhouden
  • Risicoanalyses voer je uit en je zorgt ervoor dat ontwerpen voldoen aan de geldende normen, richtlijnen en veiligheidsvereisten
  • Tot slot stel je technische documentatie op, zoals montage-instructies en onderhoudshandleidingen, en bied je technische ondersteuning bij uitdagingen op de werf of bij de klant
  • Je behaalde een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma Elektromechanica
  • Bij voorkeur heb je minstens vijf jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie als mechanisch ontwerper
  • Ervaring met CAD-software is vereist, kennis van Creo en Windchill is een plus
  • Je communiceert goed in het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen
