Functieomschrijving: In de rol van mechanisch operator werk je met moderne productielijnen die hoogwaardige producten opleveren. Je zorgt dat het proces optimaal verloopt, voert technische handelingen uit en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Jouw taken: • Bedienen, instellen en afstellen van machines binnen het productieproces. • Controleren van proceswaarden zoals snelheid, spanning en temperatuur. • Uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en visuele controles tijdens productie. • Oplossen van kleine technische storingen om stilstand te voorkomen. • Verrichten van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan machines en onderdelen. • Meedenken over procesoptimalisatie en verbeterkansen signaleren. • Registreren van afwijkingen en rapporteren aan de leidinggevende.

Functievereisten: Je beschikt over technisch inzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een actieve houding. Jij neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en werkt graag samen met collega's om een soepel proces te bouwen.Wat neem je mee als mechanisch operator: • Technische kennis, via opleiding of sleutelervaring. • Ervaring binnen een productie- of procesomgeving, bij voorkeur in de chemie. • Oog voor detail en de vaardigheid om afwijkingen snel te herkennen. • Een leergierige en resultaatgerichte instelling. • Teamspirit en bereidheid om in ploegen te werken.
