Buizen maken die straks op een olieveld, industrieterrein of zelfs op de zeebodem liggen? Daar komt meer bij kijken dan alleen op een knop drukken. Als mechanisch operator zorg jij ervoor dat onze productielijnen blijven draaien. Je stelt machines in, bouwt ze om en controleert of de kunststof buizen goed uit het proces komen. Loopt er iets vast of werkt een machine niet zoals het hoort? Dan duik jij erin en los je kleine storingen zelf op. Bedienen én sleutelen dus. Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst en maakt samen met jouw collega's sterke kunststof buizen die wereldwijd worden gebruikt. Hou jij van machines, techniek en een beetje sleutelen? Dan zoeken wij jou. - Bedienen en instellen van de productielijnen - Ombouwen en starten/stoppen van machines - Controleren van proces en productkwaliteit - Kleine storingen en onderhoud uitvoeren - Materialen verplaatsen met de heftruck

Wij zijn een internationale productieorganisatie in de regio Bovenkarspel. Hier maken wij sterke kunststof buizen voor grote industriële projecten in binnen- en buitenland. Onze buizen worden onder andere gebruikt op industrieterreinen, olie- en gasvelden en offshore locaties. Tijdens de productie wordt kunststof stap voor stap gevormd en versterkt tot een leiding die tegen hoge druk kan. Je werkt in een vaste ploeg met operators en technische collega's. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de productie blijft draaien en de kwaliteit goed blijft. Er wordt volop geïnvesteerd in machines, techniek en jouw ontwikkeling. Wil jij technisch verder groeien?
