Wil jij als operator werken op een geavanceerde productielocatie in Emmen waar de kabels en verbindingen voor onze energie- en telecomnetwerken worden gemaakt? Zoek je een uitdagende technische functie waarin je de controle hebt over zware, geautomatiseerde installaties zoals extruders en vlechtmachines? En spreekt een topsalaris tot € 4.300,- bruto per maand (inclusief 4-ploegentoeslag) jou aan? Grijp dan deze kans! Bij deze internationale marktleider in kabeltechniek staat veiligheid voorop, zijn de communicatielijnen kort en krijg je alle ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen via de eigen interne Academy.

Functieomschrijving: Als operator zorg jij dat jouw productielijn zonder gezeur blijft draaien. Je bent lekker fysiek en technisch bezig: • Ombouwen, instellen, opstarten en bedienen van zware machines zoals extruders, vlecht- en wikkelinstallaties; • Kabels op de juiste manier spoelen, wikkelen en voorzien van een strakke buitenlaag (mantel); • Meten is weten: af en toe de kabeldikte en isolatiewaarde controleren, zodat het product gewoon goed is; • Kleine mechanische of technische storingen snel opsporen en direct zelf op de vloer verhelpen; • Kort bijhouden van de productiecijfers in het systeem; • Samenwerken met je collega's en de shiftleader om de dagplanning strak en veilig te behalen.

Functievereisten: Je hoeft geen ingenieur te zijn, zolang je maar handig bent en snapt hoe techniek werkt: • Gevoel voor techniek en mechanica (door werkervaring in de fabriek of doordat je in je vrije tijd graag sleutelt); • Ervaring in een productie-omgeving waar lekker doorgewerkt wordt; • Je kiest bewust voor de 4-ploegendienst en pakt die mooie toeslag graag mee; • In het bezit van een VCA- en heftruckcertificaat, óf bereid om deze gratis via ons te halen; • Een nuchtere, betrouwbare instelling: afspraak is afspraak en je werkt altijd veilig.
