Je start op de omrolafdeling en wordt via interne opleidingen en praktijktrainingen stap voor stap opgeleid tot volwaardig Papiermaker. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Bedienen en controleren van de papiermachine en bijbehorende randapparatuur; - Bewaken en bijsturen van het productieproces via DCS- en SCADA-systemen; - Signaleren, analyseren en voornamelijk mechanisch verhelpen van storingen; - Controleren van de productkwaliteit en ingrijpen bij afwijkingen; - Samen met je ploeg zorgen voor een veilig, stabiel en efficiënt productieproces; - Je ontwikkelen in het volledige proces, van pulping en reiniging tot papierproductie en droging. Wat wij vragen Je bent technisch nieuwsgierig, praktisch ingesteld en houdt het hoofd koel wanneer een storing of procesafwijking optreedt. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en wilt jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen de papierindustrie. We zoeken iemand die: - Ervaring heeft als Mechanisch Operator; - Beschikt over een VAPRO A- of VAPRO B-diploma; - Bereid is om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken; - De Nederlandse taal goed beheerst; - Procesmatig denkt, verbanden legt en oplossingsgericht handelt; - Nauwkeurig werkt, graag samenwerkt en gemotiveerd is om zich verder te ontwikkelen.
