Functieomschrijving: Als mechanisch operator in opleiding leer je alle hoeken van het vak kennen. Met jouw leergierigheid en technische inzicht combineer je de theorie en praktijk op de werkvloer om uit te groeien tot een volwaardig vakman. In dit leertraject houd jij je bezig met: • Vakkundig bedienen en bewaken van de machines bij onder andere de ovens en de draadlijn. • Zorgvuldig samenstellen van de juiste mengsels en het continu uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. • Zelfstandig oplossen van machinestoringen en actief meedenken over slimme procesverbeteringen.
