Op deze productielocatie ben jij als Operator de spil in het produceren van hoogwaardige energie- en telecomkabels voor wereldwijde toepassingen. Binnen deze internationale organisatie staan veiligheid, innovatie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling via de eigen Academy centraal. Je krijgt alle ruimte om het maximale uit je machines te halen, mee te denken over procesverbeteringen en door te groeien naar zwaardere rollen. Dit alles wordt gecombineerd met een riant bruto maandsalaris tot € 4.400,- inclusief ploegentoeslag, een 13e maand, een aantrekkelijke winstdeling en direct uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.

Functieomschrijving: Als Operator stuur je de geavanceerde productielijnen aan en zorg je voor een continue en hoogwaardige uitstroom van kabelproducten: • Zelfstandig instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van complexe productielijnen zoals extruders en vlechtmachines. • Uitvoeren van specifieke bewerkingen zoals het spoelen, wikkelen en aanbrengen van isolatie- en beschermlagen. • Proactief signaleren en zelfstandig verhelpen van eerstelijnsstoringen om machinestilstand te minimaliseren. • Verrichten van nauwkeurige kwaliteitsmetingen op diameter, wanddikte en isolatiewaarden via moderne meetapparatuur. • Zorgvuldig registreren van alle relevante productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens in de daarvoor bestemde systemen. • Intensief samenwerken met je shiftleader en collega-operators om procesdoelstellingen en veiligheidsnormen te behalen. • Actief aandragen van praktisch meedenken over het slimmer en veiliger inrichten van de werkvloer.
