MECHANISCH SERVICE TECHNIEKER VOOR CNC-WERKTUIGMACHINES

FUNCTIE: - Uitvoeren van mechanische herstellingen zowel in onze werkplaats te Aartselaar, als bij onze klanten (90% van onze klanten situeren zich in een straal van 120km)

- Diagnoses stellen van mechanische defecten aan conventionele en CNC-werktuigmachines.

- Zelfstandig herstellen van tandwielkasten/ freeskoppen/ spindels.

- Zelfstandig vervangen van kogelomloopspindels, geleidingen, aandrijfsystemen.

- Fout zoeken in hydraulische en pneumatische systemen. (basiskennis elektriciteit)

- Uitvoeren van geometriecontroles en bijstellen indien nodig.

- Basisbediening van CNC- sturingen FANUC - SIEMENS – HEIDENHAIN (of nog te verwerven).

- Interesse in CNC-werktuigmachines

- Ervaring is vereist

- Enthousiast

- Rijbewijs B (voor verplaatsing naar klanten)
