Werk in een moderne productieomgeving in Heerenveen waar jij dagelijks mechanische storingen oplost en sleutelt aan technische installaties. In deze functie ligt de focus op mechanische techniek. Jij zorgt ervoor dat machines en productielijnen betrouwbaar blijven draaien door storingen snel op te lossen en onderhoud uit te voeren. Elektrotechniek hoef je niet zelfstandig op te lossen. Wel is het belangrijk dat je elektrotechnische storingen kunt herkennen en signaleren, waarna deze worden overgenomen door de OTD. Hierdoor kun jij doen waar je goed in bent: mechanisch sleutelen en storingen oplossen. De Mechanisch Storingsmonteur 2-ploegen werkt in Heerenveen samen met operators, monteurs en technische specialisten binnen een moderne productieomgeving met veel techniek en afwisseling. Functieomschrijving Als Mechanisch Storingsmonteur 2-ploegen ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het mechanisch draaiend houden van het machinepark in Heerenveen. Jij analyseert storingen, voert onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en zorgt ervoor dat installaties optimaal blijven functioneren. Werkzaamheden van de Mechanisch Storingsmonteur 2-ploegen zijn onder andere: - Oplossen van mechanische storingen aan machines en productielijnen; - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud; - Reviseren en vervangen van mechanische onderdelen; - Inspecteren van installaties en signaleren van afwijkingen; - Herkennen van elektrotechnische storingen en deze doorzetten naar de OTD; - Meedenken over tec...
