Wil jij deel uitmaken van een technisch productiebedrijf dat onderdelen levert aan wereldspelers binnen de vrachtwagenindustrie?

Voor een internationale speler binnen de automotive sector zoeken we een mechanisch technieker in dagdienst. Dit productiebedrijf maakt hoogwaardige onderdelen voor vrachtwagens en levert wereldwijd aan bekende merken binnen de sector. Binnen de site werken verschillende technische afdelingen nauw samen, waaronder laswerk, perswerk, laserbewerking en buizenplooien.

De onderneming telt meerdere gespecialiseerde afdelingen en werkt volgens de strenge automotive normen dankzij hun IATF-certificering. Vakmanschap, technische feeling en een correcte werkmentaliteit staan centraal binnen het team.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Binnen je functie als mechanisch technieker sta je in voor conventioneel draai- en slijpwerk aan mechanische onderdelen
  • Daarnaast voer je technische bewerkingen uit op maat van de productie en zorg je voor nauwkeurige afwerking van stukken
  • Samen met jouw collega’s werk je dagelijks met meetinstrumenten zoals een schuifmaat om kwaliteitscontroles correct uit te voeren
  • Verder lees je technische plannen en stel je machines correct af om een vlot productieproces te garanderen
  • Tot slot registreer je productiegegevens via de pc en werk je volgens de kwaliteitsnormen binnen de automotive sector
  • Je behaalde bij voorkeur een technische opleiding mechanica of kan terugkijken op relevante praktijkervaring als werktuigkundige
  • Daarnaast heb je feeling voor conventioneel draaien, slijpen of mechanische bewerkingen binnen productieomgevingen
  • Verder kan je werken met meetinstrumenten zoals een schuifmaat en heb je een basiskennis van pc-gebruik
  • Tot slot spreek en begrijp je vlot Nederlands omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften binnen de productieomgeving
