Wij zijn een productiebedrijf dat dagelijks werkt aan kwaliteitsvolle bouwmaterialen. Onze site in Beerse draait op volle toeren dankzij de inzet van sterke technische teams. In die teams heerst geen blabla-mentaliteit, maar een hands-on aanpak met aandacht voor veiligheid, samenwerking en verbetering. Hier krijg je de ruimte om écht mee te denken.

Wat jij gaat doen:

  • Je plant onderhoudswerken veilig en efficiënt in.
  • Je stelt werkvergunningen op en zorgt dat materiaal, wisselstukken en mensen tijdig klaarstaan.
  • Je bepaalt de juiste volgorde van uitvoering en stemt af met aankoop en magazijn over levertermijnen.
  • Je stelt samen met de verantwoordelijke en teamleader de weekplanning en stilstanden op.
  • Je maakt en volgt werkorders op.
  • Je registreert alles correct in SAP en zorgt voor duidelijke rapportage.
  • Je geeft feedback, sluit taken af en bekijkt of er vervolg nodig is.
  • Je ondersteunt ook de onderhoudsverantwoordelijke.
  • Je hebt een stevige technische basis in mechanica en weet van aanpakken.
  • Je werkt graag samen, deelt je kennis en geeft collega’s een duwtje in de rug.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel.
