Van de werkvloer naar een rol waar je technisch inzicht eindelijk echt rendeert.

Ben jij een technieker die het terrein kent, maar liever wat meer overzicht en structuur wil? Dan is dit zo’n functie waar ervaring écht telt. Geen Excel-pushers zonder praktijkkennis, wel iemand die weet wat er nodig is om werken correct en efficiënt uit te voeren.

Je komt terecht in een technische onderneming waar voorbereiding geen bijzaak is. Jij zorgt ervoor dat techniekers niet moeten improviseren omdat stukken ontbreken of planningen niet kloppen. Kortom: minder chaos, meer gezond verstand.

Functieomschrijving

Als mechanisch werkvoorbereider ben jij de schakel tussen planning, techniekers en materiaalbeheer. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles klaarstaat om werken vlot te laten verlopen.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Bestellingen plaatsen van onderdelen en technisch materiaal
  • Werkopdrachten opmaken voor de techniekers
  • Planningen opstellen en opvolgen
  • Inschatten welke stukken, materialen en tijd nodig zijn voor een interventie
  • Technische dossiers praktisch vertalen naar een haalbare uitvoering
  • • Overleggen met techniekers en collega’s om prioriteiten correct te bepalen

Deze functie past goed bij iemand die zelf jarenlang “in the field” heeft gewerkt en ondertussen genoeg situaties heeft gezien om snel correcte inschattingen te maken. Iemand die liever voorkomt dat techniekers drie keer moeten terugrijden omdat er een onderdeel vergeten werd. Ja, die mensen bestaan gelukkig nog.

Je werkt in daguren vanuit de regio Aalst.

  • A2 elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Sterke mechanische kennis
  • Ervaring als technieker of een technische achtergrond is een grote troef
  • Je kan logisch plannen en prioriteiten stellen
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en nauwkeurig
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Je denkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht
  • Je houdt van structuur zonder vast te lopen in administratie
