FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een ervaren mechanisch werkvoorbereider die graag werkt in een industriële omgeving waar veiligheid, techniek en samenwerking centraal staan? Voor een langdurige opdracht in de petrochemische sector zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven professional die onderhoudswerken voorbereidt én de uitvoering op de site opvolgt.

In deze functie ben je de schakel tussen onderhoud, productie en externe contractors. Dankzij jouw technische expertise zorg je ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen.Je bereidt mechanische onderhoudswerken, inspecties en herstellingen grondig voor.

  • Je analyseert werkorders en stelt complete werkpakketten op.
  • Je maakt planningen, stuklijsten en bepaalt de benodigde materialen.
  • Je stemt werkzaamheden af met productie, onderhoud en HSE.
  • Je organiseert site visits en begeleidt contractors tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Je stelt werkvergunningen, TRA's en LOTOTO-procedures op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van de werken en bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit en planning.
  • Je registreert en beheert werkzaamheden in Ultimo of een gelijkaardig onderhoudssysteem.
  • Je denkt actief mee over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties

PROFIEL

  • Bachelor Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Grondige kennis van mechanisch onderhoud, piping en industriële installaties.
  • Ervaring met werkvoorbereiding en onderhoudsplanning.
  • Goede kennis van werkvergunningen en veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Ervaring met Ultimo is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, communicatief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
