Dit innovatieve bedrijf uit Zaandam is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en produceren van automatiseringsoplossingen voor de verpakkingsindustrie. Met meer dan 200 medewerkers werk je hier aan de meest geavanceerde verpakkingsmachines die wereldwijd worden ingezet. Als Mechanisch Monteur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen van complexe mechanische modules en systemen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van de assemblage en engineering om machines op maat te leveren. Innovatie en maatwerk staan centraal in deze organisatie. Functie-inhoud: - Je assembleert en test mechanische modules voor robotische systemen in de agrarische sector; - Je voert nauwkeurige afstellingen uit en draagt bij aan de optimalisatie van productiesystemen; - Je ondersteunt bij het ontwikkelen van prototypes en denkt mee over technische verbeteringen; - Je analyseert en lost mechanische problemen op tijdens de assemblage en het testen; - Je werkt volgens strikte veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen om aan klantverwachtingen te voldoen;

Functie-eisen: - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in een technische richting, zoals Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechanica; - Je hebt kennis van hydraulische en pneumatische systemen en kunt deze zelfstandig monteren en testen; - Je hebt ervaring met het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan machines; - Je hebt een analytisch denkvermogen en kunt mechanische problemen snel doorgronden; - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van je werk; - Je hebt geen 9-tot-5 mentaliteit en bent flexibel inzetbaar, bijvoorbeeld voor storingsdiensten; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal;
