Als Mechatronica Monteur ben jij de spil in het realiseren van hoogwaardige machinesystemen en productie-installaties. Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten waarbij je zowel mechanische als elektrische componenten integreert tot complete, functionerende systemen. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige proces: van het interpreteren van technische tekeningen tot het testen en opleveren van de machines bij klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met engineers, projectleiders en collega-monteurs om ervoor te zorgen dat elk systeem voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Het monteren en assembleren van mechatronische systemen volgens technische tekeningen en specificaties; - Het aansluiten en testen van elektrische componenten, sensoren en actuatoren binnen machinesystemen; - Het uitvoeren van mechanische montage- en afstellingswerkzaamheden aan productie-installaties; - Het oplossen van technische storingen en het optimaliseren van bestaande systemen; - Het uitvoeren van inbedrijfstellingen bij klanten en het verzorgen van technische instructies; - Samenwerken met engineers om verbeteringen door te voeren in ontwerp en montageprocessen.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Het bedrijf investeert actief in de groei van zijn medewerkers door middel van technische trainingen en opleidingen op het gebied van nieuwe technologieën zoals robotica en geavanceerde besturingstechniek. Er zijn concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden naar bijvoorbeeld Lead Monteur, waarbij je de verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over complexere projecten en het aansturen van junior monteurs. Ook kun je doorgroeien naar een rol als Technisch Specialist, waarbij je je verder specialiseert in specifieke technische disciplines binnen de mechatronica.
