Für unseren Kunden, ein innovatives Unternehmen im Großraum Sattledt suchen wir ab sofort 1 Mechatroniker_in / Automatisierungstechniker_in Anlagenbau Vollzeit

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Mechanischer und elektrischer Aufbau von automatisierten Anlagen und Systemen für den Spritzguss

* Montage und Verkabelung der Anlagen anhand von Schaltplänen, technischen Unterlagen und Stücklisten

* Aufbau von Prüfständen sowie Durchführung von Funktions- und Anlagentests im Werk

* Dokumentation der durchgeführten Montage-, Prüf- und Inbetriebnahmearbeiten

* Durchführung interner Anlagenabnahmen vor der Auslieferung

* Fallweise Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen direkt beim internationalen Kunden

* Einweisung und Schulung der Kunden in die jeweiligen Anlagen und Systeme

* Durchführung von Service-, Wartungs- und Reparatureinsätzen

* Unterstützung bei der Programmierung und Einrichtung von Robotersystemen

* Fehleranalyse und selbstständige Behebung technischer Störungen

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der technischen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Produkte und Anlagen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Automatisierungstechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit elektrischen, mechanischen und pneumatischen Systemen

* Erfahrung in der Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen oder Anlagen

* Grundkenntnisse im Bereich SPS- oder Robotertechnik

* Fähigkeit, Schaltpläne und technische Unterlagen zu lesen und praktisch umzusetzen

* Gutes technisches Verständnis und Freude an abwechslungsreichen Aufgabenstellungen

* Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein

* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Kundeneinsätzen von etwa 5-10 %

* Gemäß Kollektivvertrag ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab 3.600,00 EUR auf Vollzeitbasis

* Die tatsächliche Entlohnung wird aufgrund Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung mit Ihnen festgelegt und kann deutlich darüber liegen.
