PROFACTOR ist ein Forschungs- und Technologieunternehmen mit Fokus auf industrielle Inspektion, robotische/digitale As-sistenz, Mikro/Nanofertigung sowie digitale Drucktechnologien. Wir erforschen und entwickeln die Produktion der Zukunft. Unsere technologischen Entwicklungen optimieren die Produktion namhafter Industriepartner.

Manuelle Prüfungen im Produktionsprozess sind fehleranfällig, zeit- und kostenintensiv. Hochqualitative optische Inspektions- und Automatisierungslösungen, die langjährig bei PROFACTOR entwickelt werden ermöglichen eine hochwertige Qualitätssiche-rung im Produktionsprozess der Zukunft und nehmen in der Entwicklung zur Industrie 5.0 einen immer höheren Stellenwert ein.

Wir suchen Persönlichkeit die Freude an Herausforderungen, Kreativität und Organisationstalent haben. 1 Mechatroniker_in / Automatisierungstechniker_in für Industrieanlagen (w/m/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie legen optische Systeme unter Verwendung unserer Standardkomponenten passend zu den Kund_innenanforderungen aus und bringen Ihre innovativen Ideen bei Sonderlösungen ein - flexible Zeitgestaltung und Homeoffice Möglichkeiten inklu-sive.

* Zur Absicherung der Projektergebnisse führen Sie eigenständig Voruntersuchung und Machbarkeiten mit unseren Ver-suchs- und Laboraufbauten am Firmenstandort durch und präsentieren diese unseren Kund_innen

* Sie erstellen die Anlagensoftware, parametrieren die Anlagen und programmieren Sonderlösungen für spezielle Kund_innen-wünsche

* Die Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung der von Ihnen vorbereiteten Inspektionsanlagen im Haus und bei unseren Kund_innen macht Ihnen Spaß und unterstützt Ihre fachliche Weiterentwicklung

* Sie sehen Kund_innenkontakt im Rahmen von Abnahmetests und Schulungen als Chance, wertvolle Praxiserfahrungen zu sammeln und unterschiedliche Anforderungen kennenzulernen

* Dabei arbeiten Sie gerne im Team, bringen aktiv Ihre Ideen ein, profitieren vom gemeinsamen Wissensaustausch und sind Teil des gemeinsamen Erfolgs.

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Fachschule, HTL, FH, Uni) aus den Fachrichtungen Mechatronik, Automatisie-rungstechnik, Physik/Chemie, Informatik, o.ä. mit starkem Interesse für die Automatisierungstechnik und Bildverarbeitung

* C++, C#, Python, oder Kenntnisse in vergleichbaren Programmiersprachen (SPS-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert)

* Erfahrung bzw. Kenntnisse in der Bildverarbeitung und Kameratechnik (Elektronik) sind vorteilhaft

* Willkommen sind auch Zusatzkenntnisse in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Robotik und Inkjet-Druck

* adäquate Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Führerschein B sowie Reisebereitschaft (vorwiegend DACH-Raum) bis zu ca. 25%

* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie innovativ-analytisches Denkvermögen

Unsere Mission

Wir sind Pioniere für die denkende Produktion. Wir bringen Produktion nach Hause.

Für die Position wird ein jährliches KV-Mindestgehalt ab 33.880,00 € brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung geboten. Bei entsprechender Qualifikation oder Berufserfahrung besteht Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Haben wir Ihr Interesse an dieser Position geweckt?
