Een stagiair is op Duinrell echt onderdeel van het team, en draait volop mee, net als alle andere werknemers. Duinrell is een erkend leerbedrijf. Je krijgt dus een gecertificeerde stagebegeleider. Een aantal jaar geleden heeft Duinrell zelfs de prijs 'Beste leerbedrijf van Zuid-Holland' in de sector 'Zorg, welzijn en sport', gewonnen. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerk klantenservice sta je gasten te woord via telefoon, e-mail en al onze socialmediakanalen. Op de meest uiteenlopende vragen kun jij op een plezierige manier antwoord geven. Je boekt reserveringen van gasten in en voert diverse administratieve taken uit. Jij doet alles voor een blije gast. Je benadert gasten persoonlijk, je hebt een groot inlevingsvermogen en denkt altijd mee. Als het kan, dan ga je graag zelfs een stapje verder.
