The posting

Boulangerie Bloch combineert Gentse geschiedenis met de ambities van vandaag. Sinds 1899 staat Bloch bekend voor haar hoogwaardige viennoiserie, quiches en cakes. Vandaag telt het bedrijf een 50-tal medewerkers en heeft het productievestigingen in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen en Wallonië. Onze producten vinden hun weg naar de voedingsretail en foodservice in binnen- en buitenland, naar bakkerijgroothandels én naar onze eigen verkooppunten. Bloch blijft groeien. En groeien betekent ook verder professionaliseren. Daarom versterken we ons team op het hoofdkantoor in Destelbergen met een (m/v/x):

Jobomschrijving

Samen met jouw collega en onder de vleugels van onze Finance Manager zorg je mee voor een vlotte financiële en administratieve werking van onze verschillende vennootschappen. Boekhoudtaken vormen de stevige basis van je job, maar omdat we op zoek zijn naar iemand die graag wat breder kijkt, krijg je ook een aantal andere administratieve verantwoordelijkheden. Wat ga je doen? Je takenpakket is behoorlijk gevarieerd. Concreet:

  • verwerk en boek je aankoopfacturen in en volg je het goedkeuringsproces ervan nauwkeurig op
  • bereid je betalingen voor en voer je ze uit
  • verwerk je de bankuittreksels
  • beheer je de accountancy mailbox en maak je verkoopfacturen op
  • volg je klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen op en neem je ook een stuk debiteurenbeheer voor jouw rekening
  • ondersteun je bij de maand- en jaarafsluitingen
  • verzamel en bereid je cijfers en gegevens voor ten behoeve van interne rapporteringen
  • sta je mee in voor de administratieve voorbereiding en opvolging van de payroll, in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat
  • volg je personeelsadministratie op, zoals afwezigheden, verlof, ziekte en personeelsdocumenten
  • zorg je voor de administratieve opvolging van onze verzekeringspolissen en schadedossiers
  • neem je een aantal praktische en administratieve dossiers voor jouw rekening, zoals de opvolging van het wagenpark, leasingcontracten en aanverwante administratie
  • help je mee om onze financiële en administratieve processen en dossiers overzichtelijk en up-to-date te houden

En omdat we een groeiende KMO zijn, duikt er geregeld iets nieuws op. Jij vindt het net leuk om ook daar je schouders onder te zetten, iets uit te zoeken en ervoor te zorgen dat het geregeld raakt. Na je inwerkperiode kan je takenpakket nog verder groeien, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, interesses én de noden van ons bedrijf.

Herken jij jezelf hierin? Je hebt al ervaring opgedaan in een boekhoudkundige of financieel-administratieve functie. Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar voor ons zeker geen absolute must. Belangrijker is dat je graag met cijfers én administratie bezig bent en dat we op jou kunnen rekenen.

  • Je bent cijfermatig sterk en hebt een goed analytisch inzicht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Excel kent voor jou weinig geheimen en je vindt vlot je weg in een boekhoud- of ERP-programma.
  • Je bent pragmatisch, hands-on en proactief
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent evengoed een teamplayer
  • Je houdt ervan om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en je dossiers van A tot Z op te volgen
  • Je bent discreet want je werkt met financiële en personeelsgegevens
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel en spreekt perfect Nederlands
  • Je woont op haalbare afstand van Destelbergen.

Een diploma vinden we uiteraard mooi meegenomen, maar relevante ervaring, gezond verstand en de juiste drive wegen voor ons minstens even zwaar door.
