Medewerk(st)er Sales Support Kom werken bij ons dynamische familiebedrijf en maak deel uit van een team dat gespecialiseerd is in het ontwerpen, bouwen en verkopen van hoogwaardige carrosserieën en trailers voor los gestorte droge producten! Daarnaast bieden we een breed scala aan diensten, waaronder reparatie, onderhoud, handel in tweedehands trailers en zelfs een verhuurvloot van 80 voertuigen. Met 75 jaar ervaring zijn wij een gevestigde naam in de branche, met klanten over de hele wereld. Voor onze sales afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven: Medewerk(st)er sales support (partime) Functie omschrijving: In deze rol ben jij de spil van het administratie verkoopproces en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze administratieve afhandeling. Nadat een verkoop beklonken is, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor verschillende taken, zoals het opstellen van orderbevestigingen en het zorgen voor ondertekening. Ook speel je een cruciale rol bij het registreren van opleggers in het land van bestemming en het klaarmaken van de benodigde (export) documenten voor aflevering. Werkzaamheden - Uitwerken van offertes. - Uitwerken en verzenden van opdrachtbevestigingen. - Actief toezicht houden op het retour ontvangen van ondertekende opdrachtbevestigingen. - Verwerken van orders in ons ERP pakket (Ridder). - Ondersteunen van collega's in de buitendienst bij administratieve taken en diverse vraagstukken. - Zorgdragen voor de aflevering van nieuwe en gebruikte opleggers aan klanten. - Registeren van oplegger in Nederland. - Verzorgen van benodigde documenten voor de registratie van opleggers buiten Nederland . - Verzorgen van exportdocumenten voor de verkoop van nieuwe en gebruikte opleggers . - Maken van rapportages om inzicht te verschaffen in verkoopprestaties. - Beheren van kentekens van onze Verhuurvloot. - Bijhouden van de voorraad van gebruikte opleggers, zowel online als in Ridder - Overzicht behouden van alle lopende orders en bewaken van levertijden ...
