Functieomschrijving Als medewerker order entry ben jij de spil in het web tussen onze klanten en de rest van de organisatie. Jouw dag draait om het correct verwerken van vragen, opdrachten en wijzigingen, zodat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je staat klanten telefonisch te woord en vraagt goed door om precies te achterhalen wat zij nodig hebben. Wanneer er een hulpvraag binnenkomt, zoek je zelf naar een passende oplossing of overleg je kort met de planner. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met het registreren van gemaakte afspraken in onze systemen. Je verwerkt inkomende en uitgaande berichten en zorgt dat operationele informatie altijd op de juiste plek belandt. Mocht je knelpunten zien in de dienstverlening of bij routes, dan signaleer je dit direct en bespreek je dit met je leidinggevende. Een medewerker order entry zorgt hiermee voor een efficiënte afhandeling van alle contactmomenten en een sluitende administratie. Functievereisten Wie ben jij? Je bent klantgericht en vindt het leuk om mensen telefonisch te helpen. Je weet de juiste vragen te stellen, kunt goed luisteren en blijft rustig wanneer er meerdere zaken tegelijk op je afkomen. Daarnaast: - Beheers je de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Ben je communicatief vaardig en klantgericht. - Kun je goed doorvragen en snel tot de kern van een klantvraag komen. - Werk je nauwkeurig en administratief sterk. - Kun je goed omgaan met verschillende systemen en digitale verwerking. - Ben je oplossingsgericht en denk je graag mee met de klant. - Kun je zelfstandig werken, maar weet je ook wanneer je moet afstemmen met een Teamplanner o...
