Medewerker salaris- en personeelsadministratie in Marum. 25 uur, verdeeld over vijf ochtenden. Vanaf 2.500 euro bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring. Solliciteer in twee minuten vanaf, bruto per maand voor 25 uur vanaf, per uur omgerekend naar 40 uur elke dag klaar, ook in december Zo ziet je ochtend eruit Je opent Loket.nl. De uren van ruim 100 flexwerkers staan er al, automatisch uit Anura. Jij controleert en verloont. Overtypen hoort er niet bij. Een klant belt over een beschikking loonheffingen. Jij beoordeelt hem en legt uit wat het betekent. Een arbeidscontract klaarzetten, of een termijn in een verzuimdossier bewaken. Elke maand: op de 10e staan de concepten klaar, op de 15e zijn ze definitief. De middag is van jou. In overleg schuif je je begintijd een half uur. Wat je doet Samen met Jan verzorg je de salarisadministratie voor zo'n 250 werkgevers. Jij de ochtenden, Jan de middagen. Alles is gekoppeld, ook de urenregistraties. Overtypen hoort er niet bij: jij controleert, adviseert en beantwoordt vragen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de salaris-, personeels- en uitzendadministratie: - Verloning in Loket.nl, inclusief de uren van flexwerkers die automatisch uit Anura binnenkomen - De uitzendadministratie: uren verwerken, facturatie en correcties - Arbeidscontracten en vaststellingsovereenkomsten opstellen - Verzuimdossiers bewaken: termijnen, plan van aanpak en contact met de bedrijfsarts - Pensioen- en PAWW-aangiften - Loonscans: binnen 48 uur een loonadministratie doorlichten op cao, toeslagen, vakantiegeld en premies - Nieuwe klanten per 1 januari overzetten: jaaropgaven, cumulatieven, machtigingen en fondsnummers - Beschikkingen en vragen over loonheffingen, sectoraansluiting en premies beoordelen - De servicedesk: vragen van klanten en flexwerkers beantwoorden Wat we vragen - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de salarisadministratie - Kennis van cao's, verzuim en arbeidsrecht - Ervaring met Lo...
