Voor het komende winterseizoen zijn we in ons 11SCafé op zoek naar een ervaren horecamedewerker die zelfstandig aan de slag kan en het leuk vindt om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. In het 11SCafé is geen dag hetzelfde. Van koffie zetten en bier tappen tot het bereiden van broodjes, lunches en snacks. En natuurlijk vooral: warme chocolademelk, oranjekoek en snert. Alles met een winters tintje. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze gasten na een training, wedstrijd of schaatsavond kunnen genieten van goede service en een gezellige sfeer. Daarnaast ben je als ervaren medewerker een belangrijk aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en zorg je ervoor dat het café zelfstandig kan draaien. WAT VRAGEN WE VAN JE? Verrichten van keuken- en bedieningswerkzaamheden in het restaurant. Een en ander omvat het: - Ontvangen en bedienen van gasten; - Opnemen en verwerken van bestellingen; - Bereiden en uitgeven van dranken, snacks, broodjes en lunches; - Verzorgen en bijhouden van het buffet; - Bedienen van de kassa en afhandelen van betalingen; - Aanvullen en bijhouden van voorraden; - Zorgen voor een nette en representatieve horecaomgeving; - Verrichten van schoonmaak- en opruimwerkzaamheden; - Zelfstandig openen en opstarten van het 11SCafé; - Zelfstandig afsluiten van het 11SCafé, inclusief kassa- en afsluitwerkzaamheden; - Signaleren en oplossen van praktische zaken tijdens je dienst; - Aansturen en ondersteunen van collega's waar nodig. Van de medewerker wordt verwacht dat hij/zij authentiek, bekwaam en correct is en het beste voor heeft met klanten en collega's.
