Aantal uren per week 36 FWG Schaal (indicatie bruto salaris) FWG-schaal 30 (€2.599,21 - €3.410,16) Dit ga je doen - Als medewerker technische dienst voer je algemeen technische onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden uit. Tevens voer je kleinschalige bouwkundige werkzaamheden uit en verricht je reparaties aan bijvoorbeeld verlichting, hang- en sluitwerk, ramen of deuren en aan de inventaris. Je verhelpt storingen en zorgt voor tijdelijke oplossingen, je doet interne verhuizingen en allerhande (technische) klussen. - De werkzaamheden vinden zowel in de algemene ruimtes als in de persoonlijke woonruimtes van de cliënten plaats. Het spreekt voor zich dat je met alle respect en geduld omgaat met de bewoners. - Samen met de andere medewerkers van de technische dienst draai je mee in de storingsdienst. Dit bieden wij - Een zelfstandige baan waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. - Salaris conform CAO VVT in FWG 30. - Een plezierige werksfeer en fijne collega's en een goede balans tussen privé en werk. - Dit betreft een functie van 36 uur per week.
