Over het bedrijf Je komt terecht in een ambitieuze en ondernemende familiebedrijf die actief is binnen de mobiliteits- en vastgoedsector die verschillende locaties door heel Nederland beheert. Vanuit de afdeling Beheer & Onderhoud wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan veilige, goed functionerende en duurzame locaties. De cultuur is gedreven en resultaatgericht, met een nuchtere en no-nonsense aanpak. Innovatie en continu verbeteren staan centraal. Binnen jouw functie werk je nauw samen met de Head of Beheer & Onderhoud, de monteurs van de Technische Dienst, interne afdelingen en externe onderhoudspartijen. In totaal bestaat het personeelsbestand uit zo'n 1000 medewerkers. Ze hebben sterke groei ambities en denken ook na over een duurzame toekomst en welke rol zij daarin kunnen spelen. De werkomgeving is dynamisch en praktisch: meldingen kunnen onverwacht binnenkomen en vragen soms om snel handelen. Jij bewaart vanuit kantoor het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste acties worden uitgezet.
