- Ik ben op zoek naar Medewerker Thuisondersteuning Een vertrouwd gezicht maakt een groot verschil. Binnen Volledig Pakket Thuis (VPT) van De Zellingen ondersteun je ouderen die zo lang mogelijk prettig en verantwoord thuis blijven wonen. Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse dingen die niet meer vanzelf gaan en hebt de tijd om er voor iemand te zijn. Je werkt met een veelal vaste groep cliënten. Daardoor leer je mensen echt kennen, weet je wat voor hen belangrijk is en kun je bijdragen aan rust, structuur en een vertrouwd gevoel. Jouw werk is afwisselend. Je ondersteunt cliënten bij wat zij op dat moment nodig hebben en kijkt daarbij altijd naar wat iemand nog zelf kan. Je werkzaamheden kunnen bijvoorbeeld bestaan uit: - ondersteunen bij dagelijkse activiteiten en huishoudelijke werkzaamheden; - helpen bij boodschappen doen en maaltijden bereiden; - ondersteunen bij wassen, aankleden en andere ADL-werkzaamheden; - samen een wandeling maken of een andere welzijnsactiviteit ondernemen; - een luisterend oor bieden en aandacht hebben voor de cliënt; - cliënten stimuleren om zoveel mogelijk zelf te blijven doen; - signaleren wanneer er iets verandert in het welzijn of de gezondheid van een cliënt en dit bespreken met collega's. Omdat je langere tijd bij cliënten bent, is er ruimte voor persoonlijke aandacht en één-op-één begeleiding. Soms zit de waarde van je werk in iets heel praktisch. Soms juist in een gesprek, samen een kop koffie drinken of iemand helpen om de dag structuur te geven. Samen bouwen aan VPT, langdurige zorg thuis VPT is een groeiend onderdeel van De Zellingen. We zijn volop in ontwikkeling en bouwen samen verder aan deze manier van zorg. Daarom zoeken we collega's die het leuk vinden om mee te denken en ideeën aan te dragen.
