Medewerker Vastgoedinformatie & Databeheer - Tijdelijk met uitzicht op vast - Houten Yuverta kantoor Houten Jij wilt dat het klopt. Niet ongeveer, maar precies. Als medewerker Vastgoedinformatie & Databeheer ben jij bij Huisvesting & Facilitair (H&F) de spil die ervoor zorgt dat de vastgoeddata van Yuverta klopt, actueel is en bruikbaar. Je haalt informatie uit allerlei bronnen, brengt er structuur in en maakt er betrouwbare stuurinformatie van. Zo help je de afdeling om ons vastgoed efficiënt, veilig en duurzaam te beheren. Het is een veelzijdige functie met veel lopende dossiers, van huurcontracten tot tekeningen en vergunningen. Juist daarom zoeken we iemand die overzicht en rust bewaart, prioriteiten durft te stellen en externe partijen aan afspraken houdt. Je voert dus niet alleen uit, je voert regie. Vanuit een adviesrol jaag je datagedreven werken binnen H&F aan, en je bent een productieve collega die doorpakt en afmaakt. Je werkzaamheden richten zich op de volgende onderdelen en taken: Data op orde - Je structureert, uniformeert en actualiseert vastgoeddata uit verschillende bronnen en locaties; - Je verbetert en onderhoudt dataproducten zoals het (ver)huuroverzicht, het gebouwbestand en het grondbestand. Regie op compliance en leveranciers - Je stuurt leveranciers en regievoerders aan voor compliance, as-builttekeningen en tekenwerk, en houdt hen aan afspraken en wet- en regelgeving; - Je houdt tekeningen, revisiegegevens, vergunningen en overige vastgoeddocumentatie actueel volgens eisen rond brandveiligheid, installaties en gebruiksfuncties; - Je vraagt zelfstandig vergunningen en gebruiksmeldingen aan voor kleine projecten en bestaande objecten, en verlengt deze o...
