Staf Medewerker Incasso Meter to Cash Zoetermeer 32 - 40 uur €3.592 - €4.646 Bij Dunea zorg je samen met het team Meter tot Cash dat 1,4 miljoen klanten kunnen rekenen op betrouwbaar en veilig drinkwater én op een soepel contract- en facturatieproces. In deze rol combineer je nauwkeurige verwerking met klantcontact en draag je actief bij aan een efficiënte en klantgerichte dienstverlening. Jouw uitdaging bij Dunea Binnen het team Meter tot Cash zorgen we ervoor dat iedere wateraansluiting bij Dunea goed geregeld is. Van het vastleggen van contracten en het verwerken van meterstanden tot het opstellen van correcte facturen: wij zijn verantwoordelijk voor een soepel en betrouwbaar proces. Als Medewerker Meter tot Cash speel je een belangrijke rol vanaf het begin van de klantreis. Je zorgt ervoor dat mutaties, zoals verhuizingen en wijzigingen, correct en tijdig worden verwerkt. Gaat er iets niet goed, dan duik jij erin en zorg je voor een passende oplossing. Daarnaast ben je een aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en help je hen vriendelijk en professioneel bij vragen, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk. Wat je hiernaast ook gaat doen: - Je signaleert knelpunten in processen en doet verbetervoorstellen; - Je past sociaal incasseren toe in al je klantcontacten; - Je stemt af en werkt samen met externe incassopartners om dossiers effectief en zorgvuldig op te volgen.
