Onze kracht? De passie voor uitvaartzorg en families in onze regio, collega's met oog voor detail en de medemens. Wat je gaat doen In deze functie ben jij de persoon die als eerste de familie ontmoet vlak na het overlijden van hun dierbare. De eerste indruk die families krijgen van onze dienstverlening. Samen met je collega zorg jij voor een mooie thuisopbaring of breng je de overledene met respect naar één van onze uitvaartcentra. Taken bij deze functie: - Het overbrengen van een overledene - Het verzorgen en kleden van de overledene. Met of zonder nabijheid van familie. - Thuis opbaren van een overledene Wie ben jij? Jij bent iemand die van betekenis wil zijn en meebeweegt met wat de dag brengt. Jij stapt in waar nodig. Je ziet wat anderen soms niet zien. Je straalt rust en gastvrijheid uit en jouw oprechte betrokkenheid maakt dat mensen zich meteen op hun gemak voelen. Tegelijk ben je een nuchtere aanpakker, iemand die liever doet en met zorg omgaat met wat je is toevertrouwd. Waar blink jij in uit? Je bent energiek, dynamisch en wil zorg op maat bieden. Je hebt ervaring in de uitvaartbranche of in de zorg. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden - Empathisch vermogen; situaties goed kunnen aanvoelen en inschatten - Respectvol en correct - Gastvrij en zorgzaam - Representatief - Hands- on mentaliteit - Stressbestendig - Flexibel in je werktijden (dag en nacht) Wij werken volgens een rooster van oproepdiensten (dagdiensten en nachtdiensten) .
