Over Biodynamisch Landbouwbedrijf Meulwaeter Landbouwbedrijf Meulwaeter is een biodynamisch akkerbouwbedrijf in Zeeland. Ons familiebedrijf bestaat al meer dan 150 jaar en wordt inmiddels door de zesde generatie gerund. Op ongeveer 140 hectare telen wij onder andere aardappelen, wortelen, uien, granen en andere akkerbouwgewassen. Wij werken volgens biodynamische principes en zijn voortdurend bezig met bodemgezondheid, biodiversiteit en innovatieve technieken in de landbouw. Vanwege groei en verdere ontwikkeling van het bedrijf zoeken wij een medewerker akkerbouw . Wat ga je doen? Het werk op ons bedrijf is afwisselend en praktisch. Afhankelijk van het seizoen bestaan de werkzaamheden onder andere uit: - werkzaamheden op het land (zaaien, planten, oogsten) - werken met moderne landbouwmachines - onderhoud aan machines en materiaal - opslag en verwerking van producten - algemene werkzaamheden op het bedrijf Je werkt mee in alle seizoenen en krijgt een goed beeld van het hele teeltproces. Wat zoeken wij in jou? Wij zoeken iemand die: - interesse heeft in landbouw en akkerbouw - graag buiten werkt - praktisch en zelfstandig kan werken - verantwoordelijkheid neemt - flexibel is in drukke periodes Ervaring in de landbouw is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie en inzet vinden wij belangrijker.
