Je werkt zelfstandig in jouw regio en hebt een flexibele werkweek, waarbij je mensen thuis bezoekt om hen te interviewen. Met jouw sociale vaardigheden en oog voor detail zorg je voor waardevolle input die bijdraagt aan wetenschappelijk onderzoek en beleidsvorming. Wat je gaat doen: - Bezoeken: je gaat langs bij adressen in jouw regio om mensen te vragen deel te nemen aan enquêtes. - Interviews: je neemt vragenlijsten af bij deelnemers of plant een afspraak in voor een later moment. - Planning: je bepaalt zelf de meest efficiënte route en werkt op flexibele tijden, zowel overdag als in de avond of het weekend. - Rapportage: je legt de verzamelde gegevens nauwkeurig vast met behulp van de tools die het CBS biedt, zoals een laptop en telefoon. - Samenwerking: je neemt deel aan maandelijkse bijeenkomsten met je regiomanager en collega's om ervaringen en kennis uit te wisselen. Wat we je bieden - Een startsalaris van €19,20 per uur, schaal 5.3 cao Rijk, met 5% onregelmatigheidstoeslag. - Een tijdelijk contract van 6 maanden met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Een werkweek van 16 tot 24 uur, flexibel in te delen naar jouw voorkeur. - 8% vakantiegeld, een eindejaarsuitkering van 8% en een kilometervergoeding van €0,37 per kilometer. - Een ondersteunende werkomgeving met ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling. - De kans om bij te dragen aan maatschappelijk relevant onderzoek dat echt impact maakt.
