Geen dag hetzelfde bij EEG. Als Medewerker aanbestedingen en contractbeheer zorg jij ervoor dat onze aanbestedings- en contractdossiers administratief sterk, correct en tijdig voorbereid worden. Je werkt nauw samen met calculatie, tender management en directie van verschillende vestigingen en vormt zo een belangrijke schakel in de voorbereiding van onze projecten. In deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de COO.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin nauwkeurigheid, structuur en opvolging centraal staan:

• Aanbestedingsdossiers: Je stelt offertedossiers administratief samen, verzamelt de nodige documenten volgens de bestekvoorwaarden en zorgt ervoor dat alles volledig en correct klaarstaat voor indiening.

• Contractuele en wettelijke opvolging: Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw juridische kennis up to date blijft zodat je juridische risico’s kan detecteren en rapporteren. Je bewaakt administratieve en wettelijke vereisten en volgt contractuele documenten nauwgezet op.

• Ondersteuning van de COO: Je plant en bereidt vergaderingen voor, bewaakt actiepunten en deadlines, en verzorgt interne en externe communicatie namens het management. Je beheert de agenda en volgt de mailbox op als betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt.

• Procesoptimalisatie: Je denkt mee over een efficiënte en uniforme manier van werken. Daarbij zorg je voor een duidelijke structuur in documentenbeheer zodat dit ook toegankelijk is voor andere medewerkers.

Jij bent een administratieve duizendpoot die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit een perfect afgewerkt dossier.

• Je behaalde een bachelor of master diploma en hebt bij voorkeur een sterke juridische kennis.

• Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen administratie, contractbeheer, aanbestedingen of een gelijkaardige functie.

• Ervaring met tijdelijke maatschappen of bouwteams wordt beschouwd als een waardevolle troef.

• Een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en discrete manier van werken; je gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie.

• Ervaring als veiligheidsfunctionaris in het kader van overheidsaanbestedingen voor defensie- of NAVO-projecten is een pluspunt.

• Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis Frans en Engels.

• Je gebruikt AI-tools zoals Copilot of Claude vlot in je dagelijkse werk en kan ze doelgericht aansturen (prompten) om sneller en kwalitatiever te werken.
